Attempting to create an order using an expired foreign exchange rate will result in an error. To avoid confusion it is recommended to call getRates several times per day.

The total amount of the order may not exceed the authorized amount.<br><br> Values specified in the modify request replace any previous values. Unspecified fields remain unchanged in the order. Fields specified as null are removed from the order.
- [/capture](https://docs.withreach.com/reference/capture.md): Capture a pre-authorized order. This requires that the payment method support pre-authorization and the Capture flag to be false in the related checkout or authorize request.

- [/refund](https://docs.withreach.com/reference/refund.md): Submit a full or partial refund for an order that has been captured.<br><br>A successful synchronous response to this request does not mean the refund has been successfully executed, but rather that the refund has been added to the system and will be attempted. If the refund cannot be added to the system an error will be synchronously returned in the response to this message. Once the refund has been attempted, a notification will be sent indicating success or failure of the refund attempt.

- [Submit transaction details](https://docs.withreach.com/reference/submittransactiondetails.md): The Transaction Details API enables suppliers and partners to submit line-item tax data to Reach, including jurisdiction, rates, codes, and amounts. It services two functions:  - **Tax linking**: for suppliers using Reach as Merchant of Record—correlates tax details to a PSP transaction via `PspTransactionId` and `PspName`.<br/> - **Tax only**: for fulfillment partners not processing payments through Reach—accepts tax records for filing purposes using a `Reference` ID.   Refunds and reversals are submitted with a parent identifier linking back to the original record, with all monetary amounts negative. Duplicate submissions are silently ignored—only the first request is processed. All requests require HTTP Basic Auth and a `Reach-Merchant-Id` header. Submissions should not exceed 10 requests per second.
