3. Accreditation

Trainings

At Reach, we want to make sure that you have all the information you need to be successful. In order to get ready for your go-live, we'll schedule a few trainings, including:

  • Customer Service
  • Fraud
  • Accounting and Reporting

Take some time to think about the teams and team members who should be a part of these trainings. The more, the merrier!

Compliance

PCI Compliance

Reach is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, a certification of the highest level and standards of credit card security. If you will be handling cardholder data, then you must maintain a PCI Compliance Level appropriate to your handling of cardholder data. For more information, please refer to the PCI Security Standards Council website.

Depending on how you handle Cardholder Data ("CHD"), you will need to fill out 1-2 of the following:

Bank Compliance

The most important part of this whole process is getting paid! Let's make sure that we can get you the money you are processing. Fill out our bank compliance form, or simply supply a signed letter from your bank on bank letterhead stating your account number and official company name. We'll do a test deposit to ensure you are getting all settlements with no trouble.

Accreditation Checklist

Before you 'go-live,' we recommend making sure that everything works. It's imperative that you talk with our integration team to ensure the transactions you put through our sandbox environment flow through the system completely error-free with all notifications handled successfully.

Our accreditation checklist helps guide you through the most important tests you should do to ensure a solid integration.

With each payment method, currency, and country combination, we require that you test:

  • Regular Order
  • Cancelled Order
  • Regular Return

For each phase of your go-live rollout, we recommend going through our checklist. For example, if you've live with Country A with success, but it's time to roll out Country B, we'd recommend coming back to our checklist, and going through each iteration to ensure you are successful in each new region.
