Reach integrates with Recurly via PayPal Complete to process payments. This integration allows suppliers to accept multiple payment methods through a single platform.

Get your credentials

Your Reach representative will provide you with credentials to your configured PayPal Complete account through Reach. These are required to complete the following steps during the go-live call. To recieve your credentials, contact [email protected] or your Reach representative.

Add the PayPal Complete gateway to Recurly

To begin using the Reach MoR solution, add the PayPal Complete gateway to Recurly using your Reach credentials. Follow the steps below to add the PayPal Complete gateway:

Sign in to Recurly.
Go to Configuration > Payment Gateways in the left navigation pane.
Click Payment Gateway Actions and select Add Payment Gateway from the drop-down menu.

Click the **Payment Gateway Actions** button and select **Add Payment Gateway**

Under Credit Card Gateways, choose PayPal from the list of gateways to access the PayPal sign-in page.

To activate the gateway, sign in to PayPal using the credentials your Reach representative provides.

After adding the gateway, Recurly will verify your PayPal account. You can track the verification process using the admin UI.

Gateway status updates

Your application may not receive immediate approval and may be marked as Incomplete Configuration. The Payment Gateways page will give you real-time updates on its status. Possible statuses can include email confirmation requirements, application reviews, or denial notifications. If you encounter any alerts, contact your Reach representative for assistance. After successful integration, return to Configuration > Payment Gateways.
Click Options in the PayPal Complete pane and select Edit Gateway from the drop-down menu.

Provide your PayPal Complete credentials and define your specific PayPal Complete settings, such as gateway status, accepted credit card types, accepted currencies, and Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO) transaction settings.
Click Update Payment Gateway.
