Reach integrates with Recurly via Adyen’s payment processing platform to provide businesses with subscription management, streamlined billing, and multiple payment options

Get your credentials

Your Reach representative will provide you with credentials, supplier accounts, and custom endpoints for your Adyen account through Reach. These are required to complete the following steps. To recieve your configured Adyen account, contact [email protected] or your Reach representative.

Add the Adyen gateway to Recurly

To begin using the Reach MoR solution, add the Adyen gateway to Recurly using your Reach credentials.

Recurly provides documentation for configuring the Adyen gateway on their Adyen page.

The instructions described on this page are specific to Reach's integration. Follow the steps below to add the Adyen gateway:

Sign in to Recurly.
Select Configuration from the left navigation bar, then select Payment Gateways.
Click Payment Gateway Actions and select Add Payment Gateway from the drop-down menu.

Under Credit Card Gateways, choose Adyen from the list of gateways.
On the Add Checkout page, fill in the fields under Adyen Credentials using the information your Reach representative provides:
1. Configure gateway status, accepted payment methods, accepted currencies, and Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO) transaction settings.
2. Enter the Custom Endpoint provided by your Reach representative.
3. Under Zero Dollar Authorizations (Advanced), select the checkbox next to each card type.
Click Add Payment Gateway to save your configuration. The Adyen gateway is now available.

You have successfully configured your Reach-provided Adyen account with Recurly.
