Integrate Reach into the Recurly platform through Stripe
Reach integrates with Recurly via Stripe to manage subscriptions and process payments. This connection simplifies account setup, ensures reliable transactions, and provides a seamless payment experience that meets your business requirements.
Your Reach representative will provide you with credentials for your configured Stripe account through Reach. These are required to complete the following steps during the go-live call. To recieve your configured Stripe account, contact [email protected] or your Reach representative.
Add the Stripe gateway to Recurly
To begin using the Reach MoR solution, add the Stripe gateway to Recurly using your Reach credentials. Follow the steps below to add the Stripe gateway:
- Sign in to Recurly.
- Go to Configuration > Payment Gateways in the left navigation pane.
- Click Payment Gateway Actions and select Add Payment Gateway from the drop-down menu.

- Under Credit Card Gateways, choose Stripe the list of gateways to access the Stripe sign-in page.

- To activate the gateway, sign in to Stripe using the credentials provided to you by your Reach representative.

Sign in to your Stripe account
- Select the account you'd like to connect to Recurly.
- After signing in to your Stripe account, Stripe will redirect you to the Recurly platform to set up your payment settings according to your business requirements.
- If you want to use the Gateway Failover feature, ensure the currencies and card types in your Stripe and Recurly settings are the same. It will help the failover process go smoothly.

Test the Stripe gateway
Follow the instructions in Recurly's How to test your gateway to verify that the Stripe gateway is connected to Recurly.
Once confirmed, switch from the sandbox to the production environment to start processing live transactions.
