Adding support for multiple fulfillment locations

This guide explains how to update Reach's scope access in Shopify to enable warehouse detection and improve the accuracy of order details and tax information.

To add support for multiple fulfillment locations, complete the following steps.

1. Sign in to Shopify
2. Click Settings and then click Apps and sales channels.
3. Click Develop Apps.

4. Type Reach in the Filter items field under Legacy custom apps and click Sort. Then click the Reach Data app.

   

5. Click the Configuration tab from the Overview tab on the Reach Data page.

6. Click Edit in the Admin API integration section.

7. Under Admin API access scopes, use the Filter access scopes field to locate and select the following checkboxes.
   • read_assigned_fulfillment_orders
   • read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
   • read_third_party_fulfillment_orders
   • read_locations

8. Click Save. Your Admin API access scopes will appear under the Admin API integration section in the Configuration tab.

9. Click Edit in the Admin API integration section.
10. Scroll down to Webhook subscriptions on the Configuration tab.
11. Click the Event version dropdown and select 2025-07.
