Monthly statement reports

Learn how to read and understand the monthly statement reports

There are two reports you will receive each month:

  1. The monthly statement by order date
  2. The monthly statement by settlement date

These reports are generated on the 4th of each month at 1 PM UTC (4 AM MT). You can access your reports in the Reach Admin portal. Read the Download a report section for further instructions.

Both reports provide the same data fields and level of detail; they differ only in the reporting timeframe they cover.

Monthly statement by order date

The monthly statement by order date report is the standard monthly report. All transactions with an order date that falls within the last month are included.

This report is designed for easy reconciliation with a store's order records.

Order date

An order date is the date the customer placed the order in the supplier's store.

Monthly statement by settlement date

The data in the monthly statement by settlement date report is determined by the settlement date's month.

This report can help reconcile and align with the settlement detail report and other statements that use the settlement date for reporting purposes.

Settlement date

A settlement date is the date the supplier receives a settlement.

Monthly reports contain important columns, such as LINE TYPE (Transactions, Refunds, Adjustments), ORDER ID, MERCHANT ORDER ID, etc. All reports include the sell currency, settlement currency, FX rates (if applicable), fees, the final settlement amount, and other data relevant to the transactions.
