A note to Shopify suppliers

While you will access your Reach settlement reports in the Admin Portal, all order and refund management will remain in the Shopify platform.

Roles and permissions

In the Reach Admin Portal, two roles determine users' access levels and the actions they can perform in the system.

By structuring access through these roles, Reach ensures that users can engage with necessary information while maintaining the security and integrity of the data within the portal.

Role	Description
Merchant Admin	This role, available to all accounts, includes a set of comprehensive permissions. You can view dashboards, data currencies, countries, transactions, reports, fraud, suppliers, settings, and help. What sets this role apart is its focus on security. You'll have an account hierarchy and security permissions, ensuring your data is always safe.
Merchant User	This role is similar to the Merchant Admin but has fewer security policy permissions.

Account hierarchy

The Reach Admin Portal manages user access and permissions through a structured system of accounts and sub-accounts. Accounts show all associated sub-accounts and supplier accounts.

Users can access information based on their roles.

In an account hierarchy, Reach assigns users as follows:

Account: Users assigned at this level will have visibility into sub-accounts, and all supplier accounts below, providing a comprehensive view of the accounts you're responsible for. Remember that accounts can have multiple sub-accounts, but each user can belong to only one sub-account.
Sub-account: Users assigned at this level only have visibility to specific supplier accounts.

Sub-account hierarchy

In a sub-account hierarchy, users at this sub-account level can only see a specific supplier account.
