Important

Do not begin this step until the scheduled go-live call with Reach. You should only set up payment methods with your Reach representative during that call.

Setting up PayPal

To use Reach’s local acquiring solution through PayPal on your Shopify storefront, contact your Reach representative to work on this process together. Reach supports PayPal in Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom (including Europe).

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
2. Under Supported payment methods, click Activate PayPal. A new browser tab will open where you can enter the PayPal credentials.

3. Enter Reach’s PayPal credentials to sign in. Reach will provide this information.
4. Once signed in, enter your authentication code. The authentication code refreshes every 30 seconds.
5. Log out of PayPal. Your setup is complete!

Setting up Shop Pay

Shop Pay comes bundled with your Shopify payments activation. On the Payment Methods page, you can quickly turn this payment method on or off using the toggle next to Shop Pay.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
2. Click Manage.

3. Click Manage payment methods.

4. Use the toggle to turn on Shop Pay.
